Frame construction technology

This technology came to us from Canada, the country with similar climatic conditions where 75% of housing is built exactly according to wooden-frame technology.

The walls of the house have a layer-like structure. First they put the frame. It is collected from panels and horizontal studs. The panels are made according to the project in factory conditions and are delivered to the object place. They have already all the necessary technological openings for windows and doors, etc. and they are encased on the outside with an oriented shaving moisture resistant plate (OSB-3). Then on the outside there is carried out the finishing with siding or with a trimming brick. Lately the outside finishing imitating a beam or loghouse, so called «Block-House» , gains more and more popularity. The lagging is placed from the inside part of the wall. As a rule, it is Rockwool, Paroc, Isover. Then the house is covered hermetically with a vapor sealing film from the inside in order to prevent the draught appearance, as well as the penetration of moisture into the lagging. The inner walls, generally, are incased with plasterboard from both the parts where it is placed the lagger inside to reach the necessary noise insulation. The lattice girders of closings and roof frames are produced on the basis of metallic dentated plates (MZP) and can have various constructions depending on the loadings in force. All the loadings are calculated by the designers with a special program. The lattice girders of the closings have the cavities where it is possible to install all the necessary communications easily and they can also be used when building shuttering systems.

Our technology allows to produce the construcion frames and beams of interfloor bridgings with a bay till 30 metres without any bearing.
